Picking up litter
Friends of the Parks and volunteers form an informal working party on the first Saturday of every month to clear the parks of litter and rubbish. The Friends and volunteers meet at 10am in Maryon Wilson Park, to the rear of Kinveachy Gardens and just off Thorntree Road. Wear suitable clothing and gloves and help clear up the parks.
